It can be used as a replacement for deteriorated or burned out tape that provides a crucial barrier between the heating element and the bag. Old tape can affect the bag seal and lead to a broken heating element and sealer.
Usage:
The tape can be used easily by peeling the tape from the roll and placing it in the correct location. For vacuum sealers the tape goes over the wire and for impulse sealers it goes under the wire. However, it is important to thoroughly clean the stripping location before applying the new piece of tape.

The PTFE Tape Roll with Glue has a width of 35mm, 38mm, 40mm, 45mm or 50mm. This product comes in one package and contains 1 x adhesive tape.
This product is suitable for use with almost all Foodsaver, Weston, Cabella's, Nesco and Seal-A-Meal vacuum sealers, as well as most models of hand/impulse sealers. Be sure to always follow the manufacturer's instructions when replacing the tape and using the vacuum sealer.
