Shipping
At Verpakkingdeals.nl, we ensure that your order is delivered to you quickly, safely, and professionally. We work with PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, so we can choose the most suitable shipping option for each order.

How we choose a carrier
For each order, we determine which carrier is best suited for your package, taking into account:
- Weight and dimensions
- Destination (domestic or international)
- Delivery speed
- Reliability and shipping costs
You don't have to arrange anything yourself.
Our shipping partners
PostNL – the most well-known parcel delivery service in the Netherlands, with a nationwide network of couriers and pick-up points. Delivery usually within 1–2 working days, Track & Trace included, flexible delivery options or pick-up at a PostNL point.
DPD – our partner for European deliveries. Shipping usually within 2–5 working days, clear tracking information and the option to reschedule delivery.
DHL – fast delivery and careful handling within the Netherlands and internationally, with a choice of delivery times and locations.
UPS – our partner for large and business orders or specific delivery requirements, with full tracking. Suitable for bulk shipments and pallets.
FedEx – for shipments outside Europe, with professional handling and secure international transport.
Delivery times
We ship daily from our warehouse in Uitgeest (North Holland). Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day.
- Within the Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- Within Europe: 2–5 working days
- Outside Europe: 3–7 working days
These are indications, not guarantees. During peak periods or large shipments, the delivery time may vary; we will keep you informed. By law, we will deliver within 30 days, unless we agree otherwise.
Track & Trace
After shipping, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link by email. This allows you to follow your order and see when the package will be delivered or is ready for pick-up at a collection point.
Shipping costs
You will see the shipping costs during checkout, before you pay. We apply fixed rates per destination. The current rates are listed on the Shipping costs and delivery times page.
Damage or delay
We package every order with care. If something goes wrong during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@verpakkingdeals.nl. We will report it to the carrier and ensure a quick, fair solution. Until the moment of delivery, the risk of damage or loss lies with us.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period for all items, including discounted items. You can read how this works on the Return Policy page.
