Returns Policy
Details of our returns policy:
- Exchanges and Returns: You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service to start the process.
Compensation Options:
- Voucher: Receive a voucher equal to the value of the returned product for future purchases.
- Exchange: Exchange the product for another of equal value, with the assistance of our customer service.
- Refund: Choose a refund to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Discounted or purchased items during sale are not eligible for exchange or return, except for manufacturing defects.
- Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, including labels and tags.
Returns process:
- Please contact our customer service to register your return and receive a return address and further instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship to the return address provided using a trackable shipping method.
