Returns and right of withdrawal

You are purchasing from Verpakkingdeals.nl, the consumer webshop of TBRA International. Below you can read exactly how returns work.

14-day cooling-off period – for all items

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts the day after you (or someone you have designated) received the order. Within these 14 days, you may cancel the purchase without stating a reason.

This applies to all items in our webshop, including discounted items, sale items, and special offers. A discount does not change your cooling-off period.

Did you order multiple products in one order that are delivered separately? Then the cooling-off period starts the day after you received the last product.

How to register a return

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. Email info@verpakkingdeals.nl or use the contact form, including your order number. You may also use the European model withdrawal form; ask us for it if you wish to receive it.
2. You will receive a confirmation from us, along with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Return the product within 14 days of your notification. This means you have another 14 days after registering to post the package.

Refund

• We will refund you within 14 days of your notification.
• You will receive the purchase amount back including the standard shipping costs for the outbound shipment. Did you choose a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery when ordering? Then we will reimburse the amount of the standard delivery.
• We will refund using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. Refunds are free of charge.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it – whichever comes first.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the item are for your account. We state this upfront so you know before you order. You may choose your own carrier; however, please use a shipping method with Track & Trace, as the risk of the return shipment lies with you.

Prefer not to arrange it yourself? You can use our own return service for €7.95 per shipment, including Track & Trace.

If something went wrong on our end – a wrong item, a defect, or transport damage – we will pay the return costs.

How to handle the product during the cooling-off period

You may unpack, inspect, and assess the product as you would in a store. If you go beyond that and it results in a reduction in value, we may deduct this from your refund. Please return the product as much as possible with all accessories and in its original packaging.

Legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal

For a small part of our assortment, the right of withdrawal does not apply. These are the exceptions mentioned by law:

• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and whose seal has been broken after delivery. This includes personal care, drugstore, and intimate products. As long as the seal is intact, you can still return such a product.
• Products made to your specifications, which are not prefabricated, or that are clearly intended for you personally.
• Sealed audio, video, and software carriers whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Other exclusions do not apply to us. An item is therefore not excluded from the right of withdrawal because it is discounted, was on sale, or was purchased as part of a special offer.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect item

Is there something wrong with your order? Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, so we can report it to the carrier. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund, at no extra cost to you. This is separate from your right of withdrawal: your legal right to a sound product also remains valid after the cooling-off period.

Business orders

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you are making a business purchase, this goes through our wholesaler brameho.nl, and different agreements apply there. Please inquire about this before placing your order.
