Payment Methods

At Verpakkingdeals.nl, your payments are secure and encrypted. The available payment methods are always displayed at checkout. Your payment will be made to TBRA International, the legal entity behind Verpakkingdeals.nl.

What payment methods can you use?

These payment methods are available in our store:

• iDEAL – pay via your own Dutch bank
• Bancontact – for customers in Belgium
• Credit Card – Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro
• PayPal – pay with your PayPal balance or linked account
• Klarna – pay afterwards or in installments, under Klarna's own terms and conditions
• Shop Pay – faster checkout with saved details
• Apple Pay – pay with Touch ID or Face ID on your Apple device
• Google Pay – pay with your payment method saved in Google

If a method is not listed at checkout, it is not currently available for your country or amount.

Surcharges

We do not charge any surcharges for any payment method. The price you see in your shopping cart, plus shipping costs, is the amount you pay. There are no additional administration or transaction fees at checkout.

Business orders or payment by invoice

In this webshop, you always order with direct payment; we do not offer payment by invoice here. Are you a business customer and would you like to purchase on account or in larger quantities? Then you can contact our wholesaler brameho.nl, or reach out to us at info@verpakkingdeals.nl.

When will the payment be debited?

For online payment methods, the amount is debited immediately upon completion of your order. You will then receive an order confirmation via email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Prices and VAT

All prices in our webshop are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise with the product. Any shipping costs will be shown separately before you pay. For orders outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Secure Payment

Our checkout environment uses a secure connection. We do not see or store full credit card or bank details ourselves; these are processed by the payment service provider. Read more in our privacy policy.

Refunds

If we refund you – for example, after a return within the 14-day cooling-off period – we will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise with us. Refunds are free of charge. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company.

Something went wrong with your payment?

Has a payment failed or been debited twice? Please email info@verpakkingdeals.nl with your order number and the time of the payment. We will investigate and correct it.
