Shipping costs and delivery times

Below you will find detailed information on shipping costs and expected delivery times. Shipping costs will always be displayed during checkout, before you complete your payment.

Shipping costs per destination

We apply fixed rates per destination. All amounts include VAT. You pay shipping costs once per order, regardless of the number of items you order.

No free shipping: We do not offer a threshold for free shipping. The rates above apply to every order. If you wish to avoid shipping costs, you can pick up your order for free in Uitgeest (see below).

Pallet shipments: Some large or heavy items — currently our wall panels — cannot be sent with a parcel service and are shipped by pallet within the Netherlands. The rate for this is € 80.00. If such an item is in your shopping cart, this rate will automatically appear there, instead of the regular shipping rate. If you are unsure whether your order will be shipped by pallet, please call us at +31 (0)251 272 413.

Delivery times

We ship daily from our own warehouse in Uitgeest (North Holland). Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM are usually processed and shipped the same day.

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Within Europe: 2–5 business days
• Outside Europe: 3–7 business days

These are indications based on the normal processing times of our carriers, not firm guarantees. During busy periods, holidays, or for large shipments, delivery may take longer; we will inform you accordingly. By law, we will deliver within 30 days of your order, unless we agree otherwise. If this is not possible, you may cancel the order free of charge and receive a refund.

Our carriers

We work with PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. For each order, we choose the carrier that best suits the weight, dimensions, destination, and speed. After shipment, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace link via email.

Pickup in Uitgeest

You can pick up your order for free at our address: Populierenlaan 49, 1911 BK Uitgeest. During checkout, choose "pickup" instead of "shipping"; you will then not pay any shipping costs.

Pickup is by appointment, so that your order is ready and you don't make a wasted trip. Please call +31 (0)251 272 413 first to inquire about item availability and when you can pick up. You can also email info@verpakkingdeals.nl. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Damage or delay

Has your package arrived damaged or much later than expected? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@verpakkingdeals.nl with your order number and photos of the damage. We will report it to the carrier and arrange a solution. Until you receive the package, the risk of damage or loss lies with us.

Shipping costs for returns

If you return within the 14-day cooling-off period, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount including the standard shipping costs for the original shipment. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility; you can also use our return service for € 7.95 per shipment, including Track & Trace. All details can be found on the Return Policy page.
