    Hieronder zie je precies wat verzending kost en wanneer je je bestelling kunt verwachten. De verzendkosten zie je ook altijd tijdens het afrekenen, voordat je betaalt.

    Verzendkosten per bestemming

    Wij hanteren vaste tarieven per bestemming. Alle bedragen zijn inclusief btw. Je betaalt de verzendkosten één keer per bestelling, ongeacht hoeveel artikelen je bestelt.

    Geen gratis verzending: wij hanteren geen drempelbedrag waarboven de verzending gratis wordt. Het tarief hierboven geldt voor elke bestelling. Wil je geen verzendkosten betalen, dan kun je je bestelling gratis afhalen in Uitgeest (zie hieronder).

    Palletzendingen: een aantal grote of zware artikelen — op dit moment onze wandpanelen — kan niet met een pakketdienst mee en gaat per pallet binnen Nederland. Het tarief daarvoor is € 80,00. Zit zo'n artikel in je winkelwagen, dan verschijnt dit tarief daar automatisch, in plaats van het gewone verzendtarief. Twijfel je of jouw bestelling per pallet gaat?     Levertijden

    Wij verzenden dagelijks vanuit ons eigen magazijn in Uitgeest (Noord-Holland). Bestellingen die op werkdagen vóór 14:00 uur zijn geplaatst, worden meestal dezelfde dag nog verwerkt en verzonden.

    • Nederland: 1–2 werkdagen
    • Binnen Europa: 2–5 werkdagen
    • Buiten Europa: 3–7 werkdagen

    Dit zijn indicaties op basis van de normale doorlooptijd van onze vervoerders, geen harde garanties. Bij drukke periodes, feestdagen of grote zendingen kan het langer duren; we laten het je dan weten. Wettelijk leveren wij in elk geval binnen 30 dagen na je bestelling, tenzij we samen iets anders afspreken. Lukt dat niet, dan mag je de bestelling kosteloos annuleren en krijg je je geld terug.

    Onze vervoerders

    Wij werken met PostNL, DPD, DHL, UPS en FedEx. Per bestelling kiezen wij de vervoerder die het beste past bij gewicht, afmetingen, bestemming en snelheid. Je ontvangt na verzending automatisch een Track & Trace-link per e-mail.

    Afhalen in Uitgeest

    Je kunt je bestelling gratis afhalen op ons adres: Populierenlaan 49, 1911 BK Uitgeest. Kies bij het afrekenen voor afhalen in plaats van verzenden; je betaalt dan geen verzendkosten.

    Afhalen gaat op afspraak, zodat je bestelling klaarstaat en je niet voor niets komt. Bel eerst even naar +31 (0)251 272 413 om te horen of het artikel op voorraad is en wanneer je langs kunt komen. Je kunt ook mailen naar info@verpakkingdeals.nl. Je krijgt van ons bericht zodra je bestelling klaarligt.

    Schade of vertraging

    Is je pakket beschadigd aangekomen of veel later dan verwacht? Neem binnen 48 uur na ontvangst contact op via info@verpakkingdeals.nl met je ordernummer en foto's van de schade. Wij melden het bij de vervoerder en zorgen voor een oplossing. Tot het moment dat je het pakket ontvangt, ligt het risico van beschadiging of vermissing bij ons.

    Verzendkosten bij retour

    Retourneer je binnen de bedenktijd van 14 dagen? Dan krijg je het aankoopbedrag terug inclusief de standaard verzendkosten van de heenzending.
